The bowl with the model number “550D” by Hedwig Bollhagen is not only referred to as a mixing bowl by the staff at the Marwitz Ceramics Manufactory; it is also the smaller counterpart to the larger 550E. Its defining features are the body, which tapers outward, and the narrow, cylindrical rim. With a height of twelve centimeters and a width of 32 centimeters, the mixing bowl is about three times as wide as it is tall. And with a capacity of 4.4 liters, this mixing bowl is already among the larger ones in Hedwig Bollhagen’s ceramic range.
