In the ceramic manufactory in Marwitz near Berlin in Brandenburg, Hedwig Bollhagen created numerous home accessories from the time it was founded in 1934 until her death in 2001, in addition to her services and pots. However, the ceramic coasters by Hedwig Bollhagen have a very special charm. The ceramist added the slabs on three feet (diameter: 18 centimeters) to her portfolio back in the 1940s. Nothing has changed in their nostalgic design to this day.
