Hedwig Bollhagen’s handcrafted and hand-painted Santa Claus ornaments make the Christmas tree shine with nostalgic elegance. The ceramic Santa Claus figures were redesigned based on a sketch by ceramic artist Heidi Manthey while Hedwig Bollhagen was still alive. Characteristic of the classic Santa Claus model HB-686, crafted from high-quality ceramic, is its purist, flowing design, accentuated by the walking stick running vertically down the coat, the oval-curved Santa Claus beard, and the gift sack on his back. An eyelet attached to the Santa’s head makes it easy to hang this timeless retro Christmas decoration. And at 5 centimeters tall and 3 centimeters long, the 20-gram ceramic Santa Claus also makes for a perfectly shaped Christmas tree ornament that always adds a festive touch.
