The cake pan from Hedwig Bollhagen with the mold number "548" could have been pulled out of the oven by great-grandmother. The glazed Gugelhupf baking pan, fired at 1070 degrees Celsius, not only looks extremely decorative on the kitchen shelf, but can also withstand oven heat. Its characteristic feature is the rounded kettle shape with the chimney-like opening in the center. With a diameter of 15 centimeters, the six-and-a-half centimeter high baking pan is more than twice as wide as it is high. And with a capacity of 0.3 liters, the 490-gram baking pan produces a rather small but all the finer cupcake. Add a candle and the birthday surprise is ready.
