Form 635505 - Bowl 550E
The bowl with the shape number "550E" by Hedwig Bollhagen not only goes by the name of mixing bowl among the employees of the ceramic manufactory in Marwitz, but it is also the big sister of the smaller 550D. Characteristic features are the bulbous-conical body flowing outward and the narrow, cylindrical rim. At 14 centimeters high and 36.5 centimeters wide, the mixing bowl is about three times as wide as it is high. And with a capacity of seven liters, this mixing bowl is already one of the very big ones in Hedwig Bollhagen's ceramic assortment. One thing is certain, whether used as a mixing bowl, salad bowl or serving bowl, thanks to its practical shape and robust ceramic, the 550E is the most frequently used kitchen aid.
