Form 635493 - Bowl 549C
The bowl by Hedwig Bollhagen with the shape number "549C" is the big sister of the slightly smaller bowl with the shape number 549B. Characteristic is the spherical-bellied body opening to the top. The vessel, which the employees of the Marwitzer Keramik-Manufaktur also like to call "Kumpen", stands on a cylindrical foot about one and a half centimeters high. With a diameter of 14 centimeters, the ten-centimeter-high bowl is deeper than a plate but shallower than a bowl. And with a capacity of half a liter, the 400 gram Kumpen is probably one of the larger bowls in Hedwig Bollhagen's range.
