The platter by Hedwig Bollhagen, model number “553,” is also known to employees at the Marwitz Ceramics Manufactory as the “Cabaret Platter.” Its square shape is a defining feature. Measuring 24 centimeters in length and width, this platter—which weighs one kilogram and stands two centimeters tall—is one of the largest in Hedwig Bollhagen’s collection.
