The plate by Hedwig Bollhagen with the shape number "486" passes just as well as a tray. The elliptical body is characteristic. However, with a length of 24 centimeters and a width of twelve centimeters, this plate could also be the twin oval sister of the rectangular plate with the shape number 852. With its rounded shape, the 400 gram tray is in any case made for serving bottles of vinegar and oil or salt and pepper cruets. Tapas, petit fours or cookie cookies can also be served in style and form on this two-centimeter-high platter. One thing is for sure, this oval tray is a household helper par excellence.
