The box with the shape number "885" belongs to the pioneers among the ceramic boxes of Hedwig Bollhagen. First in the assortment in 1940, the noble form was reissued in 2007. Characteristic of the two-piece set of jar and closure are the bulbous spherical body and the rounded convex lid with the mounted conical handle. With a diameter of 14 centimeters and a height of eight centimeters, the 400-gram jar is almost twice as wide as it is tall. This much is certain, with a capacity of 0.5 liters, this nostalgic bonbonnière already belongs to the larger ones in the ceramic collection of Hedwig Bollhagen.
