Form 233030 - Pot 563
To some, the teapot with the model number “563” is simply a teapot with a strainer insert. To others, it is the angular, larger sister of the two slightly smaller and rounder teapots, models 571 and 557. Weighing in at 1.1 kilograms, it is certainly one of the heavier ones. And as for its dimensions—17 centimeters wide and 13.5 centimeters tall—and volume, with a capacity of no less than two liters, it is arguably one of the largest in the Hedwig Bollhagen collection. The defining feature is the cylindrical body with the round lid, which also serves as a strainer insert. The side handle and the long, curved spout on the opposite side, featuring a drip-proof spout tip, skillfully round out the elegant design.
